Here is this weekend’s schedule of shows we’ll be reviewing, subject to change.

May 16, Steel Magnolias, Prince George’s Little Theatre, Bowie, Maryland
May 17, Barefoot in the Park, Castaways Repertory Theatre, Woodbridge, Virginia
May 18, Agnes of God, Montgomery Playhouse, Gaithersburg, Maryland
May 18, A Few Good Men, Zemfira Stage, Alexandria, Virginia

If you’d like us to review your show, please invite us. Obviously we can’t go to every show, so on those weekends with more performances than dates, we give preference to theaters that (1) advertise with us, (2) have invited us, (3) are performing a show we haven’t seen before, or (4) are at a theater we haven’t been to recently. Just send us an email or call us. If your show is opening later this year, it can’t hurt to invite us now!

Review Schedule February 27 to March 2

These are the shows we’re planning to review this weekend, weather and health permitting.

February 27: The Secret Garden, Little Theatre of Alexandria, Alexandria, Virginia
February 29: Moon Over Buffalo, Providence Players, Falls Church, Virginia (we missed this on Opening Night because of ice and Laura was sick.)
March 1: Urinetown, the Musical, Reston Community Players, Reston, Virginia
March 2: Six Degrees Of Separation, The Montgomery Playhouse, Gaithersburg, Maryland
March 2: WATCH Awards Ceremony, The Birchmere, Alexandria, Virginia (Have you got your tickets yet?)

Let us know if you’d like us to come out to see your show. We’re starting to do a rough draft of our schedule from March 23rd through Memorial Day.

This week we are planning to review these shows:

January 18: Prelude to a Kiss, Vienna Theatre Company, Vienna, Virginia
January 19: Red, Hot & Cole, McLean Community Players, McLean, Virginia
January 20: The Boys Next Door, Montgomery Playhouse, Gaithersburg, Maryland

For the next week (Monday, January 21 through Sunday, January 27), we are mostly scheduled already. We still need to get reservations from some of the theaters, since we’ll be missing opening weekend of their shows. If you’d like us to review your show, please invite us. Obviously we can’t go to every show, so on those weekends with more performances than dates, we give preference to theaters that (1) advertise with us, (2) have invited us, (3) are performing a show we haven’t seen before, or (4) are at a theater we haven’t been to recently. Just send us an email or call us. We’ll post next week’s review schedule early in the week.

If your show is opening later this year, it can’t hurt to invite us now! We have a very rough schedule penciled in for now through Easter (March 23rd) weekend.
