  1. I saw “A Christmas Carol” at Ford’s Theatre Saturday. It was fun, fun, fun! Good for the whole family. The Ghost of Christmas Past made her entrance from the rafters. She looked like a cross between an angel and a princess. She was beautiful and charming, and great when dealing with old Scrooge. Christmas Present was most impressive, a towering fellow beautifully “decorated” and just plain awesome to look at who makes his entrance from a tall drop down trap door thingy. The scene with Christmas Future I found to be the most impressive as he said nothing and it was like everything was in BLACK with this guy. What’s done with all that black fabric is amazing. Lots of thundering and lightening, but lots of conviviality as well! I had a little trouble hearing some of the actors, but just SEEING it was joyful.
